Salerin House

Los plafones de esta casa no son simple decoración; sostienen el alma de la casa, literalmente, tanto en lo estructural como en su capacidad de expresar una textura.

La cimbra de las losas de concreto fue realizada con vigas de acero, listones de cedro y triplay de 18 mm. Estos materiales, crudos y sinceros, se dejaron a la vista—conservando su propia presencia, silenciosa y elegante, con su acabado final incorporado desde su montaje.

The ceilings in this house are not mere decoration; they quite literally hold the soul of the home—both in structure and in their ability to express texture.

The formwork for the concrete slabs was crafted from steel beams, cedar slats, and 18mm plywood. These materials—raw and honest—were left exposed, preserving their quiet, elegant presence, with their final finish embedded from the moment they were assembled.
